Al Hamd Legal Translation was founded in 2017 by Mr. Ismail Al Hamd, a visionary who recognized the critical need for accurate legal and linguistic services in Dubai’s vibrant business environment. With extensive experience working alongside major industry giants like Binghatti, The First Group and Saleh Bin Lahej Group Mr. Ismail understood firsthand the communication challenges businesses face, especially when it comes to legal documentation and procedures. His passion for bridging these gaps laid the foundation for Al Hamd Legal Translation L.L.C
Mr. Ismail began by taking on translation projects himself, resolving communication barriers across departments. Recognizing the immense demand for legal translations and business services, he expanded his operations. The next pivotal moment for Al Hamd came with the arrival of Mr. Firos Naduparambil—an expert in translation, documentation, visa services, and business consulting. As Managing Partner and Co-founder, Mr. Firos brought a wealth of expertise that helped scale the company to new heights.

From its humble beginnings, Al Hamd Legal Translation started with small and medium-sized clients, offering tailored solutions to solve their translation challenges. As word of our accuracy, reliability, and efficiency spread, larger brands like Binghatti, Malabar Gold, Geepas, Nesto and Many more began to trust Al Hamd with their linguistic needs.
Today, Al Hamd is certified by the UAE Ministry of Justice, ensuring that every translation meets the highest legal standards. With over 40+ specialized staff spread across all Emirates, including Dubai, Fujairah, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman we now provide end-to-end linguistic solutions to clients of all sizes. What began as a tiny endeavor to tackle linguistic and legal difficulties for individuals, typing centers, PROs, and Corporates has developed into a reputable name with offices throughout the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah. In August 2024, we extended to Muscat, Al Khuwair, bringing our experience to Oman.As our portfolio and expertise expand, so will our mission. We intend to become the industry leader in linguistic and legal services throughout the GCC, with expansion plans in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and beyond. Along with this, we are committed to finding and nurturing talent, enabling experts who are passionate about solving complex legal, Business and language challenges.
This was the time when we started our company. We had no idea how far we would go, we weren’t even sure that we would be able to survive for a few years. What drove us to start the company was the understanding that we could provide a service no one else was providing.
This was the first period when Consulting WP actually felt like it would stick around for a while. We realized we were growing more stable and expanding at the same time. We needed a new office as we had severely outgrown the last one. We started scouting for a new location.
By this time we were a well known name within the industry. We had been prominent members of the industry for more than 16 years and worked for some of the biggest clients in the industry; we weren’t dismissed by anyone because we could not be dismissed by anyone.
Our journey has only brought us higher. Information Technology completely changes the way we analyze and present data. We have embraced new technologies and have ensured that our clients receive cutting edge analytics. As we go on towards the future we intend to exploit the full potential of new technologies to power our services.
